Donation Refunds
1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refund requests for donations must be submitted within 2 working days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

- Your name
- Transaction ID
- Date of the donation
- Reason for the refund request
Review and Response
-Upon receiving your refund request, NYDHEE will review the request and respond within 15 days. We will notify you of the outcome and any further steps required.
-Please note that while we will consider all refund requests, we are not obligated to issue refunds, particularly in cases where a tax exemption certificate has already been issued.
Non-Refundable Donations
Certain donations may be considered non-refundable, including but not limited to:
-Donations made during fundraising events
-Donations that have already been allocated to specific projects or programs
