1. Background

NYDHEE, in partnership with the Azim Premji Foundation (APF), is implementing a project titled "Empowering 2000 Women Farmers to Overcome Their Vulnerable and Subsistence Livelihood Status through Enhanced Income from Agriculture, Off-Farm, and Livestock-Based Livelihoods with Collective Marketing." This project, which started in October 2021 and is scheduled to end in September 2024, aims to uplift the livelihoods of women farmers by improving their income from various sources and promoting collective marketing strategies.
As part of our commitment to learning and transparency, we are seeking a qualified consultant to document the learnings and achievements from this project, helping us to better understand the impact and to share our successes and challenges with stakeholders.

2. Objectives

The primary objective of this consultancy is to:
- Document the key learnings, challenges, and achievements from the project.
- Develop comprehensive reports, case studies, and infographics that effectively communicate the project outcomes.
- Capture the project’s impact through visual documentation (photographs, videos). - Provide recommendations for future project planning and implementation.

3. Scope of Work

The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:

I. Review Project Documentation:
a. Analyze existing project documents, reports, and data.
II. Conduct Stakeholder Consultations:
a. Interview project staff, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to gather insights.
III. Data Collection and Analysis:
a. Collect qualitative and quantitative data to support the documentation.
IV. Develop Documentation Materials:
a. Prepare detailed reports, case studies, and other materials.
b. Create infographics and visual presentations of key data.
V. Visual Documentation:
a. Capture photographs and videos to illustrate project activities and impacts.
VI. Feedback and Revisions:
a. Incorporate feedback from NYDHEE’s team into the final deliverables.

4. Deliverables

- A comprehensive report detailing the project’s learnings and achievements. - At least #10 case studies highlighting specific aspects of the project.
- Visual documentation including photographs, videos, and infographics. - A PowerPoint presentation summarizing the key findings.

5. Duration

The assignment is expected to be completed within 1 months from the start date.

6. Required Qualifications

• The ideal consultant should have:
• - Proven experience in documenting development projects, particularly in rural livelihoods
• - Strong analytical and writing skills.
• - Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• - Experience in visual documentation, including photography and videography.
• - Knowledge of livestock base livelihoods

7. Submission of EoI
