Mr. Sibabrata Choudhry
Progressive experience with leading Indian Development Organizations, State Government and International Funding Agencies on programme development and operationalization of projects on land rights for the poor, rural livelihoods, micro-credit and child health. Experience in working with Government Departments at State and District levels, Financial Institutions, International Funding Agencies, Non-Government Organizations and Community Based Organizations.

Mr. Chitaranjan Pani
An experienced developmental professional with the ability to initiate/manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects, related to environmental and NRM based project implementation. A growth-oriented and highly talented environmental professional with a strong background in natural resource management and sustainable livelihoods having 10 years of experience in this domain including developmental issues as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Mr. Pratap Panda
A Biotechnologist by qualification and trained in Permaculture, Pratapis a development professional by passion. He holds a decade journey in scientific research, academic and social development sector, extensively trying to bring science for the society. He has exclusively been able to combine his experiences working with extreme rural communities, especially in Odisha (India) with learning-sharing platform. He successfully brings his ‘being with community’ approach in his thoughts, writings and in trainings
